If your product touches protected health information, your vendor is part of your compliance surface. We work as a HIPAA Business Associate and implement the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards the Security Rule requires — across both the software we build and the infrastructure we run.
Business Associate Agreement
We sign a BAA before any PHI is in scope, defining permitted uses, breach notification duties, and subcontractor controls.
Encryption in transit & at rest
TLS 1.2+ for all data in motion; AES-256 encryption for databases, backups, and storage volumes holding sensitive data.
Access control & MFA
Role-based access on least-privilege principles, multi-factor authentication enforced for every engineer, and immediate revocation on offboarding.
